Required notice periods:

Morning jobs: Day-before cancellation required

Cancellations must be received no later than: 4:00 PM the day before the job.

Night jobs: Same-day cancellation window

Cancellations must be received no later than: 7:00 AM on the day of the job.

Inclement weather:

Minimum 3-hour notice required. Where cancellation is due to weather conditions, notice must be given at least 3 hours before pump arrival on site.

General conditions •

SWCP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to equipment breakdown, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the client.
SWCP reserves the right to refuse service to clients with a history of late cancellations or unpaid cancellation fees.
All cancellation fees are subject to GST and will be invoiced accordingly. •
This policy may be updated from time to time.
The current version applies to all bookings made from the effective date shown above. • By confirming a booking with SWCP, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
